“Elk Dream” (hereinafter – the Data Controller) in this privacy policy (hereinafter – the Privacy Policy) defines the conditions that must be observed by all visitors of the website www.briedziosapnas.lt (hereinafter – the Website) (hereinafter – the Visitors). All the listed conditions apply every time the Visitor uses the content created by “Elk Dream”, when purchasing a service or sending an inquiry, regardless of what device (computer, mobile phone, tablet, TV, etc.) (hereinafter – the Device) the Visitor uses.

It is considered that the Visitor familiarizes himself with and confirms his agreement to comply with the Privacy Policy when he visits the Website, connects to the Website or purchases a product or service sold on the Website. A visitor who does not agree with any provision of the Privacy Policy does not confirm his/her consent and forfeits the right to visit the website, log in and use all or any of the services provided on the website.

The Data Controller stores the Visitor’s personal data for no longer than is required by the purposes of data processing or provided for by legal acts, if longer data storage is established in them. Personal data is usually stored as long as reasonable claims may arise from the contractual relationship or as long as it is necessary to implement and protect the legitimate interests of the Data Controller. No longer needed personal data is destroyed. When providing electronic services, the Data Controller processes traffic data only to the extent necessary to ensure the proper provision of services, except for the cases specified in legal acts.
